On September 8-9, 2025, the First World Flour Industry Development & Exchange Conference was grandly held and successfully concluded in Handan, Hebei Province. Under the theme "Pooling Global Wisdom, Pioneering the Future," this prestigious industry event, set against the backdrop of the Belt and Road Initiative, established an international and open high-end exchange platform. It brought together over 800 elites and practitioners from the entire industrial chain, representing countries and regions including China, the United States, Switzerland, Hungary, Germany, South Korea, France, Spain, Turkey, New Zealand, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, as well as China’s Taiwan region, injecting strong momentum into the global flour industry development.On the first day of the conference, the opening ceremony was presided over by Executive Chairman Yu Junbo. Professor Bian Ke, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Chief Scientist of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association, and former President of Henan University of Technology, delivered the opening speech. He analyzed global trends in the flour industry, extended a warm welcome to guests from home and abroad, and expressed gratitude to the organizing team.
